By using packitoria.com and the Packitoria WMS you agree to the terms below. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use the service.
Service description
Packitoria is a SaaS warehouse management system for online stores: inventory, bin storage, order picking, carrier and marketplace integrations. The service is provided “as is” with periodic updates.
Account registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping access to your account safe. Do not share credentials with third parties. If you notice unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attempts to bypass security, reverse engineering, load testing without prior agreement, or storing data whose transfer is prohibited by law.
Intellectual property
Source code, design, copy and the Packitoria brand belong to us. Your data stays yours, so you can export it any time as CSV or Excel.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee zero downtime. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the last month of service usage.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in‑app message.
