Pricing questions
What people usually ask about billing
How are orders counted on each plan?
Shipped orders within the calendar month. Cancellations don't count. If you temporarily exceed the limit, we let you know and suggest the next tier. Nothing gets blocked automatically.
What happens if I exceed my order or SKU limit?
No blocks. We message you and suggest moving to a higher plan. For one-off spikes (Black Friday, for example) we help without a permanent change. We never upgrade your plan without your approval.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect next billing period. No penalties, no fine print.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual is 20% cheaper. It's a single payment but not a commitment. If you stop, we refund the unused portion.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You sign up and get 14 days of full Start-plan access. If it's not for you, you don't pay. Your account simply rolls over to Free.
How does Enterprise work and when do I need it?
If you ship more than 10,000 orders/month, run multiple warehouses, or need bespoke integrations and customizations, we put together a custom offer: dedicated manager, SLA, custom contract. Just reach out.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa/Mastercard cards, bank transfer for legal entities (invoice with VAT), Enterprise by agreement. We work with both sole proprietors and limited companies.
