We respect your privacy and only store data we need to operate our website and the Packitoria service. This page explains what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
Through packitoria.com we only receive data you provide knowingly: name, contact details (email, phone), company name, when you write to us or sign up for the service.
Automatically we collect anonymized analytics about visits (page URL, device type, region, referrer) so we can understand which content is useful to visitors.
How we use the data
Contact details are used solely to reply to your request, send a demo invitation, invoices or service notifications about the WMS. Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit consent and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and transfer
Data is stored on servers in the EU and Ukraine with daily backups. We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to operate the service (e.g. transactional email provider).
Personal data processing follows the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Law and GDPR principles for visitors from the EU.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict processing. Write to hello@packitoria.com and we will reply within 30 days.
