Common questions
Will Packitoria fit a tiny 20 m² warehouse?
Yes. We started with exactly those customers. You can skip bin storage, and items are simply tracked by SKU. Scanning works on a regular Android camera; no data terminal required.
How long do setup and training take?
Basic setup (products, warehouse, users, carriers) takes one day. Picker training takes 30 minutes, since the mobile app is reduced to a scan and one big "Confirm" button.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is yours. At any time you can export a full backup to CSV and Excel: products, orders, movements, history. We don't hold your data hostage.
Where is data stored?
In data centers in the EU and Ukraine. Backups run daily. Your customer and warehouse data is protected in line with GDPR and local data-protection laws.
Does it work without Wi-Fi on the warehouse floor?
Yes. The mobile app stores tasks locally. A picker can run an entire shift offline, and sync happens the moment the phone catches the internet again. We designed for the realities of warehouses, not lab conditions.
How are orders counted on each plan?
Shipped orders within the calendar month. Cancellations don't count. If you temporarily exceed the limit, we let you know and suggest the next tier; nothing gets blocked automatically.
